Plus, maybe, the corruption issue is due to the fact that I saved my recovered files on the same hard drive I lost them. For example, 2TB hard drive can take up to 5 hrs of full scan before you can see the files that you lost. Partition recovery takes twice the time depending on the size of the hard drive but 100% of the recovered files are clean and usable. But the only catch is that some files got corrupted.
I finished recovering 500GB media files in less than 2hrs. I should have done a "partition recovery" instead which is what I did in the past. I made a mistake of doing "undelete recovery". It was an easy recovery except around 20% of the media files I recovered are sort of corrupted but most of the files I care about are fine.
